With years of experience under his belt and a track record of success across top brands like Toyota, Ford, Kia, Volkswagen, and Isuzu, Paul knows what it takes to keep service departments running like a well-oiled machine. He’s all about building high-performing teams, delivering standout customer service, and finding smarter, faster ways to get things done. Driven, hands-on, and always up for a challenge, Paul brings energy, expertise, and a results-focused mindset to everything he does.

Chantelle Dani

After graduating from The University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Marketing and Public Relations, Chantelle began her journey with the group in 2017 as our Marketing Coordinator. As part of our Marketing team, she has had the opportunity to work alongside all departments providing marketing support, working on bespoke campaigns, digital promotions, dealer events, sponsorships and community engagement activations. As our current Group Marketing Manager, Chantelle is passionate about finding ways we can be more efficient across our business, in alignment with our company's vision to be the most innovative company in Australia. Chantelle looks forward to seeing our Marketing Team grow and learn as the industry continues its rapid evolution.

A seasoned marketing professional with over 10 years of experience across the property, real estate, construction, and retail sectors, Shelby is excited to bring her expertise to the automotive industry as Brand Manager for Noble Volkswagen. In her role, she supports all aspects of the team in delivering a premium customer experience and building lasting connections with the local community. Passionate about creative storytelling and brand growth, Shelby looks forward to continuing to strengthen the brand equity of Noble Volkswagen.

Alison Johnstone

With 37 years' of experience in the automotive industry, Alison has built a diverse career spanning Retail Sales, Sales Management, Aftermarket, F&I, Service Retention, and Fleet Management. Currently at Noble Volkswagen, she focuses on New Business Development, Account Management, and delivering tailored Strategic Fleet Solutions.

Paul Morales

Paul began his career in 2001 as a first-year apprentice at Noble Toyota through a contracted apprenticeship with AGT (Automotive Group Training). After qualifying as a Technician, he progressed through a variety of roles within the business, including Quality Controller, Workshop Controller, Pre-Delivery Manager, Warranty Administrator, Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager for the Kia service department, and Toyota Assistant Service Manager.

Paul now brings his wealth of skills and knowledge to the role of Service Manager at Noble Volkswagen, where his experience and commitment to excellence continue to support both the team and customers.
